Made in the USAfrom natural unglazed terracotta, it features the traditional two-piece design with a deep roasting base and domed lid, both decorated with charming embossed leaves, fish, and animal motifs.
This one has clearly been used and loved, with the darker color variations and cooking stains that naturally develop on unglazed clay cookware over time. Those variations give it wonderful rustic character and are shown clearly in the photos.
